Firstly - wave good bye to slow cleat location, Speedplay's Target Acquisition Technology_ uses a funnel guide on the cleat to easily locate the locking mechanism. A reduction in lateral stability makes off road pedalling efficient whilst keeping a customisable float for bike-fit comfort. A metal-on-metal connection in cold and wet weather is one of the common causes of sloppy disengagement. The SYZR sidesteps this via the use of ceramic rollers that give smooth removal of cleat from pedal.
