This cooking sauce is a short-cut method to cook the world-famout Mapo Tofu while keeping the authentic Sichuan taste. Cooking Instruction: 1. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cube and simmer in the boiled water for 3 minutes and get out of water for later use; 2. Add vegetable oil in the wok and heated to about 300F, then add 1 ounce of minced meat (pork or beef), stir fry it; 3. Add in the MaPo Tofu Sauce and stir fry with low heat till the flavor comes out; 4. Add water and tofu into the wok (one or two cup depending on the amount of tofu)
