These one-piece mason jar lids are great for sweets, fruits or cookies storage, holiday gift like homemade jams in a regular mason jar. They are durable, sealing well and food safe.
We use them a lot for capping unfinished drinks, leftover food, fermented food, and sauces in the fridge.
They can be used for hot fill products, but not for water bath canning.
Hand washing is better and dry to avoid rust.
