I've named these guys Skull Kings or Calavera Kings because the rhinestone spacers and silver plated bead caps look like a crown. I've also added orange acrylic flowers and Swarovski crystal beads in jet to enhance the regal look. Kings should have jewels! The skulls are made of howlite stone and are off-white in color.
