Instruction:

An indexing head, also known as a dividing head or spiral head, is a specialized tool that allows a workpiece to be circularly indexed;
that is, easily and precisely rotated to preset angles or circular divisions.
Indexing heads are usually used on the tables of milling machines, but may be used on many other machine tools including drill presses, grinders, and boring machines.

Features:
1. Made of FC30 high strength casting iron.
2. 3 pieces indexing plates are included, direct indexing plate can rapid index workpiece to be 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 equal parts, with the other interchangeable indexing plates, workpiece can be indexed to be 2 to 380 different divisions.
3. Indexing accuracy: 0.01mm.
4. Tilt angle: 0-90 degree.
5. Ratio: 1:40.(1 turn of the hand crank rotates the spindle by 9 degrees)
6. Horizontal height: 170mm; vertical height: 240mm.
7. Chuck size: 100mm 3-jaw chuck; central height: 100mm.
8. Mounting base size: 168*90mm
