This toy wooden saber is made from solid cherry wood with the handle stained blue and has detailed nautical designs wood burnt on the blade and guard. This sword is the perfect gift for children or adults interested in pirates or fun costumes, it measures 24" long and has a handle length of 3 1/2'' inside the guard which gives room for any size hand ,the blade is 1 3/4" wide and 1" thick. I designed the guard for maximum strength while retaining the elegance and dimensions that a real sword would have. This toy is made to last with sturdy wood and a hand rubbed natural oil finish that brings out the grain and helps protect it. Made by me in here in the U.S.
