Offer is for a TRW #73281, 3/16" x 8" long taper, alignment, drift punch. Manufactured by TRW, one of the top hand tool makers in the USA. Made from the best tempered steel, chrome vanadium. The striking end of the chisel is chamfered to reduce mushrooming and burring. A drift punch, or drift pin, or lineup punch, is used as an aid in aligning bolt or rivet holes prior to inserting a fastener.
