Freeze for at least 4 hours. Wrap a towel or cloth around cold pack before applying to area. Treatment not to exceed 20 minutes.
Microwave flat for 60 seconds. Reheat in 20 second burst until desired temperature. Do not overheat.
Wipe clean with damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe dry. Return clay pack to plastic bag for storage in refrigerator or freezer.
