This is a vintage tin lithographed spinning top toy with a wooden handle made by Fuchs in Western Germany, signed on the side. The top has cartoon graphics with cartoon children and toys. The top measures 7 inches wide. Good condition, works fine. The top's handle has been replaced with a wooden cylinder as pictured.
