DESCRIPTION
This Vision Scientific VME0018-RC monocular compound microscope is ideal for teaching microscopy to students at elementary school levels. With a 10X WF and 25X WF eyepiece it offers five levels of magnification, ranging from 40x to 1000x.
The coaxial Coarse and fine focus knob is positioned low on the bracket near the base, making certain that adjustments are made with maximum stability and minimum strain; while the ball-bearing driven, reversed nosepiece with internal click-stops, guarantee parcentration and repeatability with every magnification change.
The round gliding stage allows for multidirectional movement of the slide, allowing the observer to control the stage as it glides into the proper position.
Rugged cast aluminum with gray enamel finish. Packed in a fitted Styrofoam box; includes a dust cover and an instruction manual. 5-year limited warranty excluding bulbs.
