The wire insert keeps trays and other items upright in the optimum position for washing. Each divider is spaced 3" apart to fit larger items like steam table pans. The wire insert is removable for easy cleaning and storage. Available in a light beige color, this rack is an excellent addition to a color coded warewashing system.
