Intended Use:
Steri-strip skin closures are indicated for use as a skin closure device in the treatment of lacerations and surgical incisions. Steri-strip skin closures may also be used in conjunction with skin sutures and staples or after their removal for wound support.
Q1: Do you need to keep the distance between each steri-strip?
A1: There are some secretion discharge from the wound in the early day. It is good for secretion discharge if leaving 0.2 cm distance between each steri strip. If the wound no longer discharge secretion, it is not necessary to leave the space.
Q2: How long should replace the steri-strip?
A2: About 2-5 days to replace it. Please don't replace it every day,so as not to damage the new organization.
Q3: How to clean the wound before used the steri-strip?
A3: Please use the physiological salt water to wash and clean the wound. In order to avoid wound infection again, please use the iodine disinfection if it is nessesary. Use the steri-strip after the skin surface to be dry after.
