Why we take much more time to hand stitch this sleeve ??

1, We use SADDLE STITCHING ,saddle stitching is the best stitching method for sewing two pieces of leather together.

2,Hand stitching allow to use more thick wax thread , it cause the sleeve more durable and the stitch is more beautiful


Because of the limit of technology and cost , Sewing machine could not sew the leather by saddle stitching and machine only could use the thin thread to sew to avoid upper thread stab into the bottom thread, machine could shorter a lot of making time and reduce the cost of manual work ,but our team prefer to offer the prefect sleeve by hand stitching .

This single pen sleeve is crafted from distressed full grain leather. will age beautifully over time. Saddle stitching with waxed thread to ensure durability. Fits for the fountain pen that the height is below 15.5 cm (6") and the width is below 1.7 cm (0.66")
