These SCOBY's are large enough to brew a 35 gallon batch, making them even more perfect for your 5 - 10 Gallon batch! The great thing about a SUPER large SCOBY is that you can cut it into pieces and brew multiple batches at once.

Brindle Southern Farms, LLC. (BSF) SCOBYs are freshly harvested from the glass containers they are cultivated in. SCOBYs are double packed in high quality food-grade vacuum pouches for safe arrival. We provide SCOBY cultures to private brewers and distributors around the country who only use the best of the best to make their products.
