There are 3 round lab created blue sapphires and 5 lab created white sapphires - 3MM each. This is a very versatile ring for a wedding band, anniversary or as a fashion stacking ring. The ring is sterling silver with a rhodium plating. It measures approximately 3MM at the top, tapering to 1.4MM in the back.
