What you'll need:

1 package Gluten Free Cornbread Mix1 1/2 cups Milk2 Eggs1/2 cup melted Butter

Directions:

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375F. Generously grease a 9x9 pan. Place cornbread mix in large bowl. Add milk, eggs, and butter. Mix until blended, then mix vigorously for 30 seconds more. Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
