Single 15A High Power DC Motor Driver.

This module has extremely small size, only 5.5cm * 5.5cm.
Supply voltage range 6.5-40V, with undervoltage protection.
The maximum load current support 12A (without heat), 15A (need to add simple cooling), 20A (required jumbo large radiator); instantaneous peak current of up to 110A.
Speed ??can be three-wire control, reversing and braking. Full support PWM, PWM the effective range of 0.1% to 100.0%.

• High control signals (Vhi): DC2.0 ~ 5.5V (compatible with 3.3V and 5V TTL level). Control signal low (Vli): DC0 ~ 0.8V.
• Maximum continuous operating current: 12A (no heat), 15A (simple cooling), 20A (thick large radiator).
• Peak current: 110A. Support PWM speed control mode. The minimum effective PWM pulse width: 200ns.
• 5V Voltage Maximum Output Current: 500mA. Working temperature: -25 ~ 85 Degree Celsius. Mounting holes: M3.
