This beginner grip is a basic palm protector made of soft leather, polypropylene wrist cuff and hook and loop closures. To determine the correct size, take the measurement from the wrist to the base of the fingers. XS to 2 9/16; S to 2 7/8; M to 3 3/8; L to 3 3/4; XL to 4 1/4 Please remember that all grips come with the same size finger holes. Instructions on how to enlarge the finger holes come in the product package.
