All paper / canvas starts with white color base. If you order black background print,
our big format printer will print the white paper into black.

Delivery time from Japan to USA is about 1-2 weeks.
Most customer will receive their product within 10 days.
Please contact us if you haven't received after 2 weeks.

All packages are shipped via Japan Post with insurance and tracking.
Once the package enters US custom, it will be handled by USPS.
In the event the product gone missing, or damaged, we will either refund or replace.

PACKING

Size A1 & A2 unframed print, we will roll the print and slide it into protective tube.

Size A3 & A4 unframed print, we will sandwich the poster with card box.

For framed print & canvas art, we will wrap the product with thick bubble wrap.
Then place the wrapped frame into cardboard box.

• We either use Epson SC P800 or Canon imagePROGRAF to print all our posters. Depending on poster size, we use a different type of printer to print. Both printers produce very high-quality image designed for dramatically detailed colour reproduction and also provided better scratch resistance and smoother gradations.
• Prints comes in several sizes and for measurement detail, please scroll down. Each print is sized to fit standard frames that you can purchase from anywhere. To meet popular demand, we offer 3 types of printing material and for this art work is available in "200 gsm gallery quality Matte paper", "200 gsm glossy paper", and "230 gsm Cotton Rag Fine Art Paper."
• We do have 30 days' money back guarantee on all orders to protect our customer best interest. This guarantee will also cover damage product. If you received the poster damage during shipment, please send us picture of the damage poster and we will send you replacement for free. • All prints are made to order and ship from our studio in Japan. For customer that order poster with frame, please note that we only use frame that is light because heavier frame will push the shipping cost higher. (The frame glass is made from plastic and the frame is very light but durable).
