You are bidding on ONE medium-size bulb that is at least 2 years old. Bid on as many as are available. It should bloom within a year and be planted in a permanent location about 2' apart from nearby plants, since it will eventually form a very imposing clump of bulbs. Your bulb will have leaves and be about 1" in diameter. This bulb will continue to grow for several more years until it reaches about 5" in diameter. Large bulbispermum are almost never offered and will become a favorite in your garden. There are many variations of bulbispermum so we suggest collectors try several different types. Bulbs will be freshly dug and will be shipped bare root.
