Growing up, Christmas meant a Lionel train in its own magical world or circling the Christmas tree. I've created a nostalgic set of eight different aspects of toy trains. To create Locomotive 671 which goes back to 1948, I printed the image on heavy luster paper with archival inks, bonded it to hardwood, then cut it out individually with my Excalibur scrolling saw. This train measures 4"x 3" and has is enameled gold on the back and sides. It would make a perfect Christmas gift for any train lover and would look great on a garland, wreath, or tree. The train is shipped in a sturdy, attractive gift box. If you buy any other ornaments, they ship in the box for free.
