This is a nice set of 3 SEYMCHAN METEORITE pieces from the Magadan region of Russia. This meteorite was found in 1967. These are beautiful specimens, as they have been cut and polished so you can see the internal pattern of the meteorite. "Due the heterogeneous structure of Seymchan, there are two types of specimens: with or without olivine crystals (from Wikipedia)." These particular slabs contain olivine crystals which make them beautiful specimens, especially when studied with a light source behind them. The total weight of the 3 pieces is 2.7 grams and they measure between 1/2 - 5/8 inch in length. They come with a nice glass topped display box and certificate of authenticity.
