This is a really neat item - it's a lot of 4 meteorite slices preserved in resin blocks. There is a Dronino meteorite from Russia, a Campo del Cielo meteorite from Argentina, and a Muonionalusta from Sweden. These are all Iron meteorites. Also included in the set is a stony meteorite - a NWA 869 meteorite from Algeria. This is a really amazing way to display and preserve meteorites. It provides protection to the meteorite and allows you to see the internal structure of the meteorites. It's also great for educational purposes as you can pass them around a class without any concern of having the meteorite damaged by being handled. Three of the meteorites are in a resin block measuring 2 3/4 inches x 1 3/4 inches. The other meteorite is a small sample in a block measuring 3/4 inch x 3/4 inch.
